FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Feb. 11, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- KIWI Network Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB:KWNS) www.kiwi.thetreaty.com and www.kiwimobile.com jointly announced signing an Equity Joint Venture Agreement with a privately held Nevada Corporation headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida.

The Diversified Fund Holdings, Inc. (TDF) is the parent of TheTreaty.Com. KIWI/TDF can now offer under a white label program a wireless cellular/WI-FI network complete with existing Voice, Video and Audio over Internet Protocols, Internet service provisioning, applications service provisioning, network operating structure along with device/handset provisioning in the U.S.
