Growing Firm Establishes Head Office in Foster City


PENNINGTON, N.J., June 7, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- WorldWater Corporation (OTCBB:WWAT) announced today that because of its rapid growth in California, the Company is opening its Western headquarters office in Foster City, near San Francisco.

The Company's Vice President of Sales, Carsten Bethge, will operate corporate sales from the new office, relocating and increasing sales and technical staff and inventory from the Company's two smaller offices in Sacramento and Solana Beach. "The new Foster City office will provide WorldWater Corporation with a stronger presence on the West Coast of the USA, enabling us to better serve our markets for solar systems in California," said Mr. Bethge.
