Maximum Dynamics, Inc. Begins Fulfillment on Glibstrup Order

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Oct. 11, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Maximum Dynamics, Inc. (OTCBB:MXDY) announced today that its 89% owned subsidiary, Tagnet International, has begun the fulfillment of the 300 Tagnet units ordered by the Danish trucking company, Glibstrup Transport A/S.

Tagnet is a provider of solutions designed for the real-time management of mobile assets and data utilizing the latest in RFID technology, cellular communications and electronic tagging. While its solutions can be customized for virtually any business, the primary targets for Tagnet's solutions are the mobile logistics, security and fleet management sectors.

Tagnet secured an order for 300 units from Glibstrup several months ago. Since then, the customization of the software and integration of the solution for Glibstrup has been completed. The production of the hardware for the 300 units was delayed due to problems with a component supplied by Motorola. Tagnet resolved the issue on its own accord and is now moving forward with fulfillment of the order utilizing a different supplier. Tagnet received payment for thirty three percent of the order at the end of September and will receive another third payment upon delivery and installation respectively.

Glibstrup has ordered 100 Business Module units that will go into the rigs of its trucks along with touch screens to form a full-mobile logistics system. These modules contain a global positioning reader (GPS), GPRS communication for sending data to the routing center, reading devices for reading radio frequency identification (RFID) tags, and a full computing system. These units will enable Glibstrup to remotely manage its vehicles, their routes and automate the administrative tasks from the vehicle.

The remaining 200 units being ordered are Smart Modules that have the same positioning and communications capabilities as the Business Modules but do not have the computing system. These units will be placed on Glibstrup's trailers so that the location and contents of a trailer can be managed.

With Tagnet's solution, booking of orders to transport goods can come to Glibstrup via their call center, their website or the customer's own booking system. Tagnet's solution will then determine the closest truck and which trailer to be utilized (based upon location, load, etc.), assign the order to that vehicle and allocate the details of the order to the computing system in the vehicle. Upon arrival, the driver can upload the statistics of the cargo, which will be monitored along with the progress of the trip. Pricing, invoicing and proof of delivery can be generated on-site, delivered to the customer on-site and fed back to the central hub.

As part of the solution, the vehicles will also have an automatic and dynamic route navigation system to help drivers find their locations more efficiently. The Tagnet units in the trailers also allow Glibstrup to determine where its trailers are at any given point in real-time along with what cargo statistics, customer information and other data were last assigned to it. In the future, Glibstrup may want to begin utilizing RF tags to put into its pallets of cargo, which can then be read by the Tagnet modules.

"The power of Tagnet is not that it is a real-time asset tracking solution but that it has the power and flexibility to be a real-time mobile logistics system," said Johannes Clausen, Managing Director for Tagnet. "If you look at this order, we are not just tracking their fleet. We are actually bringing cost savings and revenue generation through automation of the administrative functions of the logistics service offering. This is why we have so much interest in Europe, sub-Saharan Africa and Mexico. We can cost effectively deliver solutions that monitor assets in transport but more importantly that also manages the data needed to remotely automate the administration of those mobile assets on-site (from the vehicle). So, we are thrilled to be moving forward with the delivery of this contract because we feel it will be an excellent customer reference site and lead to more sales in the European market."

Maximum Dynamics acquired 89% of Tagnet International in October 2003 and has been funding the commercialization and development of the Tagnet product and service offering since then. Maximum Dynamics has recently started its sales efforts to be first to market with a unique mobile asset tracking and management system like Tagnet. Maximum Dynamics is headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado and has an international operations center in Cape Town, South Africa. It also has offices in Mexico City, Mexico, Copenhagen, Denmark and Hong Kong.
