Asia Broadband Seals Enhanced Channel Partnership Agreement with Shanghai Green Modern Education Training Centre


ATLANTA and SHANGHAI, People's Republic of China, Jan. 31, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Asia Broadband, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ASAB) is pleased to announce the execution of the Channel Partnership Agreement between its Chinese subsidiary, Shanghai Broadband Network and Shanghai Green Modern Education Training Centre. This partnership will promote and market Asia Broadband's IE21 Interactive English Program and IE21 E-Ya kids English line through its existing channels.

Under the three-year agreement, the Centre will act as an official provider and distributor of Asia Broadband's training programs -- initially throughout Shanghai -- offering the Company's wide range of learning solutions to the corporate and government sectors.
