Asia Broadband Concludes a Channel Partnership Agreement with Easy English Training


ATLANTA and SHANGHAI, China, April 18, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- The management of Asia Broadband, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ASAB) today announced that the Company's Chinese subsidiary, Shanghai Broadband Network,has secured a further partnership agreement to expand the distribution of its content-rich educational products. The 15-month agreement with Shanghai EET English Training Centre Co., Ltd. considerably extends Asia Broadband's reach into competitive local educational market.

Under the terms of agreement Easy English Training will become an official provider of the Company's IE21 Interactive English Program by promoting this multimedia interactive learning solution through its existing channels as well as delivering it to the end-users through the chain of Shanghai-based training centers. EET's website, www.eetnet.com, will offer its users a nationwide access to IE21 online course.
