IDenta Corp Announces Initial Report on Successful Business Meetings in the U.S. in April 2005

JERUSALEM, Israel, April 21, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Further to the press releases issued on March 14 and March 20, 2005, IDenta Corp is pleased to announce the positive results of the visit of its CEO, Mr. Yaacov Shoham, in Mexico and the United States. This initial announcement will be followed by additional information in the coming weeks.

Shoham held 15 meetings while away -- in Mexico City, Texas, Washington State, Los Angeles, Pennsylvania and New York. All of the meetings were with U.S. companies that market and sell equipment to legal law enforcement agencies. Local representatives of various police departments were invited to each meeting and Shoham demonstrated the company's products, including testing illicit substances.

As a result of these meetings, IDenta has entered into contractual agreements with 4 companies that market and sell products to numerous police organizations. These companies are heavily involved in the local and federal market, with over 200 sales representatives active throughout the United States. Once the contracts have been finalized at the end of the month, the names of the companies, goals and objectives will be announced.

Due to the success of the meetings in the U.S. and the addition of unscheduled meetings, Shoham's business trip to China has been pushed back to May 11-22, 2005.
