Enbridge Energy Partners to Participate in the 2005 Enbridge Investment Community Conference


HOUSTON, Sept. 29, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Enbridge Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE:EEP) (the "Partnership") will participate in the seventh annual Enbridge Day investment community conference in Toronto, Ontario on Tuesday, October 4 and in New York, NY on Wednesday, October 5. Dan C. Tutcher, president of the Partnership's management company and general partner, will present an overview of the Partnership's strategy and discuss its business outlook.

Conference proceedings from Toronto will be broadcast, in their entirety, live over the Internet on October 4 and will be available for replay commencing October 6.
