World Am's Senz-It Subsidiary Signs Memorandum of Understanding With International Smart Sourcing for the Manufacture of Its Planned Products

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. and FARMINGDALE, N.Y., Sept. 13, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- World Am, Inc. (OTCBB:WDAM) and International Smart Sourcing, Inc. (OTCBB:ISSG) today jointly announced that the companies had signed a Memorandum of Understanding calling for Farmingdale-based International Smart Sourcing to be responsible for the future manufacturing of Senz-It's product line.
