InRob Continues Aggressive Development of Man-Portable Unmanned Ground Vehicle

LAS VEGAS, Oct. 31, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- InRob Ltd. ("InRob") (OTCBB:IRBL), a leader in the development and production of advanced wireless control systems and integrated solutions for unmanned ground vehicles (UGV), today announced that it has developed a new light-weight unmanned ground vehicle for reconnaissance and tactical battlefield missions.

InRob announces its latest development project, a new and nimble portable UGV which soldiers can carry into the field to perform reconnaissance and tactical combat tasks by remote control. Equipped with numerous sensors and light weaponry, this highly-deployable new robot will perform surveillance and target acquisition tasks while offering ground troops unprecedented protection. Unmatched in mobility and ruggedness, the small remotely controlled ground vehicle will be the soldier's robot in action, uniquely suited for intelligence gathering and security-related operations.

"This is the first UGV in which InRob controls the entire R&D process from beginning to end. Using our extensive experience in developing control systems for UGVs, and as technology integrators for a range of outstanding remote-controlled robots for some of the world's most demanding clients, InRob is now developing its own light-weight UGV, after in-depth analysis of the needs and demands of several major clients. As always, InRob's developments are designed to help save lives," states Ben Tsur Joseph, CEO of InRob.

The new man-portable robot will offer commanders new and unmatched capabilities for reconnaissance, assault firepower, remote surveillance and target acquisition. Its modular structure allows for the addition of sensors according to specific needs, including long-range standard and thermal imagery, laser targeting capability, chemical sensors and microphones, as well as video cameras for image capture and transmission, and battle command and communications equipment. The core technologies will allow one soldier to control all aspects of the vehicle remotely. Marketing is planned for 2007, under the InRob brand name.
