WW Energy Inc. Signs Letter of Intent With Envirotech


FARMINGTON, N.M., Feb. 7, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- WW Energy Inc. (Pink Sheets:WWNG) has signed a letter of intent to acquire Envirotech of Utah. Envirotech holds a Class V permit as a disposal well, which possesses the ability to dispose of certain non hazardous approved wastes via injection back into a depleted oil and gas reservoir well protected by formations. These unique permits are issued in conjunction with State regulatory authorities with strict guidelines for protecting the environment and the surrounding water table.

WW Energy Inc., motivated by the economical demand for the environmentally safe Class V waste disposal process, will report on the status of the acquisition after all due diligence is completed.

WW Energy Inc., is a holding company that was created to acquire oil and gas service companies as well as oil and gas-related assets through two wholly owned subsidiaries.
