Appoints Deborah Kovacs Vice President of Product Management and Jeremy Sokolic, Vice President of Marketing


NEW YORK, March 27, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- CashEdge, Inc. (www.cashedge.com), the pre-eminent provider of online fund transfers and the pioneer behind opening and funding accounts online, today announced the appointments of Deborah Kovacs to the role of Vice President of Product Management and Jeremy Sokolic to Vice President of Marketing. Both individuals will be based in the company's New York office.

As Vice President of Product Management, Ms. Kovacs will be responsible for product design and implementation. Prior to joining CashEdge, Ms. Kovacs served a variety of technology companies including Sanchez Computer Associates. As Senior Vice President of Product Management at Sanchez, she managed a team of 120 people and was responsible for all product development, helping grow the company from a start-up to nearly $80 million in revenues. Ms. Kovacs received a B.S. in Information Systems from Carnegie-Mellon University.

After seven years as the Vice President of Product Management, Mr. Sokolic has taken on the role of Vice President of Marketing. His deep product knowledge and demonstrated expertise building-out product lines will be critically important in developing and leading CashEdge's marketing effort. Prior to joining CashEdge, Mr. Sokolic was an associate and business analyst at McKinsey & Company, where he served a range of clients in the areas of healthcare and financial services. Mr. Sokolic received an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
