Kesselring Announces 19.5-for-1 Forward Stock Split


BRADENTON, Fla., July 9, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Kesselring Holding Corporation (OTCBB:KSSH) today announced that the company's Board of Directors and shareholders have approved a 19.5 for 1 forward split of the Company's common stock.

The forward stock split was implemented on June 29, 2007. Stockholders will be entitled to 19.5 shares of common stock for each share of common stock held on that date.
