Statement regarding 2007 half yearly report for bankTrelleborg a/s and the bankTrelleborg group

The board of directors for bankTrelleborg a/s has reviewed and approved the
half yearly report for the first six months of 2007. 

In the first half of 2007, the bankTrelleborg group has achieved a result
before tax of DKK 40m. The management views the result, which is on the same
level as the result for the first half of 2006, as satisfactory. The management
expects the annual 2007 result for the bankTrelleborg group to be in the range
of DKK 90 - 130m., which is in accordance with the previously announced annual
2007 result.
