Radyne Receives Orders for North African Communications Network Expected to Total $3.2 Million


PHOENIX, Oct. 3, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Radyne Corporation (Nasdaq:RADN) announced today it has received orders for satellite modems, amplifiers, and video encoding equipment for use in GSM backhaul and video distribution for the national telecommunications operator in a North African country. The Company noted that $2.1 million of the expected $3.2 million in orders are firm with the remaining order expected within the next few weeks. The orders will ship immediately.
