PLAINSBORO, N.J., Oct. 31, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- The Integra Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Integra LifeSciences Corporation (Nasdaq:IART), has awarded a $25,000 educational grant to the American Academy of Neurological Surgery.

Founded in 1938, the American Academy of Neurological Surgery is a scientific and educational association whose members include major academic leaders in the field of neurosurgery, both nationally and internationally.
