NS8 Corporation Appoints IT Executive as Chief Technology Officer

LOS ANGELES, April 7, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- NS8 Corporation ("NS8") (OTCBB:NSEO), international provider of iWaveTV(tm), the flexible internet video solution (http://www.iwavetv.com), announced Dave Olsson has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer. In his new role Dave will define the Company's technology strategy and focus NS8's development team on collaborating with customers to ensure iWaveTV is consistently aligned with the needs of the market.

Prior to joining NS8, Dave was Vice President of Fusion Development at global research leader Vision Critical, where he was responsible for the R&D of their market research simulation software. As Chief Creative Officer at Flourish Media, Dave led the design and development of a proprietary gaming system, resulting in publishing partnerships within the film and television industry. As Vice President and technical director at Click Factory, Dave oversaw the organization's new media and application development services.

Commenting on Mr. Olsson's appointment, NS8 CEO Jim Forbes said: "Dave brings substantial experience in delivering rich internet applications within the entertainment sector, as well as respected business acumen. I strongly believe Dave will capably drive our agenda to provide a flexible, trusted Internet video solution to content and service providers."

"Following an assessment of NS8 and the Internet video on demand industry, I was suitably impressed by the iWaveTV platform," said Olsson. "iWaveTV can offer a truly flexible and complete solution to the complexities involved in delivering video over broadband. We want our customers to be in complete control of the marketing and sale of their own video content," concluded Olsson.

iWaveTV is an Internet video storefront and e-commerce solution consisting of: The Library Distribution Management System (LDMS), a central control panel used by system administrators to publish assets, manage storefronts, subscribers, pricing, reporting, and advertising management system; the Consumer Program Guide (CPG), an integrated user interface; and the Download Manager (DLM), which manages progressive downloads, playback, and organization of content for consumers. Using iWaveTV, content providers can generate additional revenue from library content, and service providers can participate directly in broadband services revenue, as opposed to simply providing bandwidth.
