COSTA MESA, Calif., April 23, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Emerald Performance Materials LLC has acquired the assets of Wolstenholme International Inc., a portfolio holding of U.K.-based private equity firm Rutland Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
RSM EquiCo Capital Markets LLC initiated the transaction, led the negotiations and acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Wolstenholme International.
