Securitas Direct publishes annual report for 2007

Securitas Direct's annual report for 2007 is now available on the
company's website at www.securitas-direct.com.   
 
Printed copies of the annual report will be sent to shareholders who

As previously announced, the Securitas Direct Annual General Meeting
will be held on 23 May at 3:00 pm at S:t Gertrud Konferens,
Östergatan 7B in Malmö, Sweden. Registration for the AGM begins at
2.00 p.m. The last day for notification of attendance is 19 May at
4:00 pm. The AGM is held in Swedish. Further information is available
