SIX AB appoints Bo Strandberg as interim CEO

SIX AB (publ), which as of today is owned to more than 99 % by SIX Group AG, is
now entering into a new phase as subsidiary of the SIX Group AG.  As a result of
this the Board of Directors and current CEO Johan Rost agree that a change in
the CEO position should be made. The Board of Directors has therefore appointed
Bo Strandberg , board member in SIX AB (publ),  as interim CEO from January 1,
2009 for a period of six to twelve months. During this period the company will
finalize the recruitment of a new CEO. Johan Rost will work closely with Bo
Strandberg to achieve a smooth transition and will remain at the company's
disposal for a period of time. The Board of Directors express their great
gratitude to Johan Rost for his dedicated work during his period of nearly four
years as CEO of the company.

Bo Strandberg, born 1956, is since 2006 member of the Board of Directors of SIX
AB, but has since 1994 been engaged in several of SIX AB's earlier Boards. Bo
Strandberg has in leading positions been part of the development of Bonnier
Affärsinformation (today Bisnode) and Addnode. Bo Strandberg's holds presently
Board membership in  SIX AB, Xtracom Consulting Group AB, Conoctica Holding AB
and Matrix AB.
