INFINITE Software and Roundstone Systems Announce Merger


LAGUNA NIGUEL, Calif. and OAKLAND, Calif., Jan. 10, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- INFINITE Software Corporation (Pink Sheets:IFSC), a leader in Legacy Extension, Business Intelligence and Enterprise Infrastructure, announced today that it has acquired a controlling interest in Roundstone Systems based in Oakland, CA.

The combined organization will be comprised of a global software services and infrastructure company that enjoys over 100,000 installations in 56 countries. "We are very excited to announce this new business combination. INFINITE is quickly becoming the fastest growing Enterprise Partner for HP (NYSE:HPQ) in California. Roundstone Systems is one of the most respected suppliers of HP Enterprise Server products and services in Northern California.
