(Pink Sheets:NXHZ) (www.nexhorizon.us) today revealed it has made significant changes in its management structure to manage the company's speedy expansion and future acquisitions. Calvin D. Smiley, Sr., NexHorizon Communications CEO, said, "I am realigning our executive staff and giving them more responsibilities as we continue to add customers, examine acquisition opportunities, and increase our technical installations. Daniel M. Smith has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Smith was the company's chief financial officer. The company's controller, Ronald VanDzura, will expand his role in the finance area, and current Director of Technical Operations, Jeff Vaglio, has been promoted to Vice President, reporting to Mr. Smith."
