Legend Media Signs a RMB5,000,000 (US$732,000) Three-year Contract With Beijing Huifengzhou Investment Co., Ltd.


BEIJING, July 29, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Legend Media (OTCBB:LEGE) (Frankfurt:LM2) ("Legend Media" or "the Company"), a Chinese multimedia advertising company, today announced that the Company has signed a three-year contract of RMB5,000,000 (approximately US$732,000 based on the exchange rate as of the date of this press release) to be delivered from June 2009 to June 2012 with Beijing Huifengzhou Investment Co., Ltd. for its Golfzone business.

Beijing Huifengzhou Investment Co., Ltd. was incorporated in Beijing in 2001 and has established offices in other major cities including Shanghai, Shenzhen, Qingdao, Dalian, Chengdu, Chongqing, Xi'an, etc. It offers reservation service in 200 golf courses all over China, has 80,000 membership subscriptions and has organized over 100 golf events. Golfzone was started in 2003 as chain stores for golf gear distribution. Up to date, it owns 28 stores nationwide and acts as agents for KASCO, Maruman, TaylorMade, Callaway, Titleist, Ping, Honma, Adidas, Cleveland, Maxfli, Nike, Odyssey, etc.
