Sun Tzu Corp. Signs Export Agreement to Sell Sun Tzu Energy Drink in Latin America


AMSTERDAM, N.Y., Aug. 5, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sun Tzu Corporation (Pink Sheets:STZU) today announced that the Company has signed an agreement to distribute its Sun Tzu Energy Drinks in Latin America. Countries included in the agreement are El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Guatemala.

The distribution contract is with Fabio Quezada of Commercial El Rebajon, based in Comayaguela, Honduras. Mr. Quezada has a great deal of experience in retail sales and distribution and currently imports several other retail goods to Latin America from the United States.

The Company plans to market Sun Tzu Energy Drink in 8.4 ounce cans, 16 ounce cans and the innovative Fountain Post mix package for bars and night clubs. The energy drink cans will be printed in both Spanish and English and Sun Tzu Corp. is currently working on a new can design for the Latin American market.
