SALT LAKE CITY, Aug. 12, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Natural Blue Resources, Inc. (formerly Datameg Corporation, a Delaware corporation) (OTCBB:NTUR) today announced that over the August 1st weekend it held a series of organizational and planning meetings with its majority shareholders in the offices of PrismOne Group, Inc. (OTCBB:PMOZ) in Orlando, Florida.
The majority shareholders adopted resolutions amending the Company's bylaws and electing a new board of directors to assume office on August 24, 2009. The new directors are Toney Anaya, Paul Pelosi, Jr., Samir Burshan (CEO, PrismOne Group, Inc.), Daryl Kim (Member, EcoWave LLC), and James Murphy (current Chairman and CEO of the Company). Toney Anaya was appointed Chairman of the Board and chaired the weekend meetings.
The Board also appointed its mandatory Company officers, and these appointments will be ratified by the Board on August 24, 2009. The new officers include Toney Anaya as CEO and Paul Pelosi, Jr. as President. A Secretary and a Treasurer/CFO were also selected.
During working sessions, attendees shared progress and plans for future development of the Company's preliminary core initiatives. Potential growth opportunities were also reviewed. The sessions included discussions of drinking water projects in targeted regions of the Western U.S. and opportunities and synergies for the Company's other subsidiaries, NetSymphony Corporation and QoVox Corporation. Attendees listened to a significant presentation by EcoWave on a patented remediation process for sewer sludge. Other attendees presented interesting opportunities in plastic and concrete remediation.
