Finansiel Stabilitet A/S announced on Monday 31st August 2009 that parts of Fionia Bank A/S are transferred to Nordea A/S. It appears from the sale announcement from Finansiel Stabilitet A/S that the transaction can be implemented either as a sale of the shares in Fionia Bank A/S to Nordea A/S, or by a transfer of relevant assets and liabilities to Nordea A/S.
