Sun Tzu Corp. Enters Chinese Market With Material Distribution Agreement

Company Signs Distribution Agreement With Plans to Rapidly Introduce Its Sun Tzu Brand Throughout China

AMSTERDAM, N.Y., Sept. 8, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sun Tzu Corporation (Pink Sheets:STZU) today announced that it has entered into an agreement to distribute its line of Sun Tzu Energy Drinks in China, specifically Hong Kong and the Guangdong Province. The agreement is with Sun Tzu International, an independent entity created to exclusively market Sun Tzu Corp.'s products abroad.

The distribution agreements in these areas are being overseen by Michael Dreyfus, CEO of Sun Tzu International and Vladimir Bavelsky, Head of the company's overseas operations and logistics. China's expanding economy and population of 1.3 billion make it a key beverage market. Chinese consumption of all commercial beverages in 2008 continued to increase by an average of more than 10% per year since the beginning of the decade.

Brett McCarthy, President of Sun Tzu Corp., stated, "We believe that by entering the Chinese Market with our line of Sun Tzu Energy Drinks, we can dramatically increase both our short and long term revenue. The Chinese Market represents billions of dollars and there is much reason to believe that our product will be very well received due not only to its quality and taste but also because Sun Tzu is a native general of China and their Consumer markets have recently seen a surge in the purchase of products with native themes. These agreements show that we are meeting our goal to increase shareholder value through international expansion."
