Sun Tzu Corp. Announces Plans to Sell "Sun Tzu Energy Drink" in New 16 Oz. Can

Company Expects New Can Design to Increase Market Acceptance and Help Brand Compete Internationally


AMSTERDAM, N.Y., Sept. 14, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sun Tzu Corporation (Pink Sheets:STZU) announced today that the Company plans to produce Sun Tzu Energy Drink in a new 16 oz. can. Sun Tzu expects new can design to increase market acceptance and compete in the highest volume segment of the over $4.9 billion U.S. Energy Drink Market as well as in worldwide markets.

The Company also plans to translate the 16 oz. can in several languages, with the first being Russian. Sun Tzu has signed several international agreements in past weeks for distribution of all of the Company's product lines in Russia, Eastern Europe, China and the Middle East. The new can size will offer Sun Tzu Corp a higher probability of acceptance into the mainstream convenience store category while offering consumers more value for their money as the 16 oz. can will cost roughly $2.56 versus the current $2.00 price for the 8.4 oz. can. Sun Tzu Energy Drink is currently available in an 8.4 oz. can and a 3 gallon fountain post mix which has been instrumental in helping the Company's brand become established in bars and night clubs.
