WallyPark Breaks Ground On World Class State-of-the-Art Full Service Parking Facility At SeaTac International Airport

LOS ANGELES and SEATAC, Wash., Sept. 24, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- WallyPark Premier Airport Parking announced today that it broke ground in SeaTac on a new state-of-the-art parking facility in September that is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2010. WallyPark is one of the largest national off-airport parking companies located in five cites (Los Angeles, Denver, Atlanta, Philadelphia and SeaTac) and provides air travelers with the highest level of service.

The project includes 1,595 covered and uncovered parking stalls providing travelers with both valet and self parking options. The parking structure will incorporate over 16,000 square feet of retail space to the SeaTac Airport Corridor. The integrated retail space is targeted toward restaurants and service businesses that will provide additional amenities for airport and local customers, and is already generating strong interest from the retail sector.

WallyPark will essentially triple its presence in the SeaTac area, where it has operated three parking operations (WallyPark Valet, WallyPark Self Park and All Star Parking) since 2003.

WallyPark's premiere brand of airport parking includes car care services such as: auto detailing, window tinting, gas refueling and oil changes. In addition, air travelers can enroll in WallyClub's Frequent Parker program -- providing members with exclusive savings, discounts and benefits.

"The caliber of our white glove service goes beyond the standard," said Chares Bassett, WallyPark's Chief Operating Officer. "We are excited to invest in the City of SeaTac by providing travelers with a world class parking experience while at the same time providing hundreds of jobs in the community."

Located adjacent to SeaTac International Airport on International Boulevard, WallyPark will incorporate an attractive glass facade, a unique water feature, and generous landscaping that will enhance the look of International Boulevard as the gateway to SeaTac.

The project was designed by International Parking Design, and is being constructed by PCL Construction out of Bellevue, Washington. Financing is being provided by American National Insurance Company out of Houston, Texas. The retail space is being leased by Rolland Jones of GVA Kidder Matthews.
