December 2009 De-listing of Scandium Absolute Return Fund On the 27th of November 2009 the shareholders of the Company decided, during an extraordinary shareholders meeting, to de-list and liquidate the Scandium Absolute Return Fund. The Board of Directors suspended subscriptions and redemptions in the Company's shares on the 8th of December 2008 as a consequence of reduced liquidity in the underlying portfolio investments of the Company.
