ChinaCast Education Corporation Signs Articulation Agreement With Seton Hall University


BEIJING, May 13, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ChinaCast Education ("ChinaCast" or the "Company") (Nasdaq:CAST), a leading for-profit, post-secondary education and e-Learning services provider in China, today announced the signing of an articulation agreement with Seton Hall University.

Through the agreement, students from ChinaCast's universities in China will be able to transfer up to 60 of their credits earned in China into one of Seton Hall's bachelor degree programs. They can also apply for masters degree programs upon completion of a bachelor degree programs. In addition, the parties have plans for student and faculty exchange programs at their respective campuses in China and the USA.
