(Pink Sheets:EFGU) is scouting locations for several film and television projects that it has in development and pre-production. The Company plans to produce several feature length motion pictures and television projects over the next several years in Michigan. The State is currently offering a 42 percent tax credit incentive for projects that film in Michigan.

Unity Studios of Michigan has developed 50,000 square feet of space for film and entertainment production including two sound stages, productions offices and production support and post production suites in Detroit. Unity Studios is operated by Jimmy Lifton who has owned an internationally distributed record label, produced 13 feature films, and is principal of one of the largest independent post-production audio studios in Los Angeles, Oracle Post. Some of the most famous and familiar TV and film industry giants use Oracle Post including Fox, HBO, NBC, ABC, Disney, Nickelodeon, Paramount, Lionsgate, Universal, DreamWorks, Warner Brothers, VH1 and MTV.
