Following the conditions of reorganization of public limited liability company Rytų skirstomieji tinklai and public limited liability company “VST”, that were approved on 13 December 2010 by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of public limited liability company Rytų skirstomieji tinklai (reg. no. 110870890, legal form – public limited liability company, registered office placed at P. Lukšio St. 5B, Vilnius, the Republic of Lithuania,actual office and correspondence address Žvejų St. 14, Vilnius, the Republic of Lithuania), on 27 December 2010 AB LESTO was registered in the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania. AB LESTO (reg. no.302577612;registered officeplaced at Žvejų St. 14, LT-09310, Vilnius) will take over the assets, rights and obligations of the said companies under the procedure stated in conditions of reorganization.
On 27 December 2010 AB LESTO addressed the National Control Commission for Prices and Energy and applied for the licenses for activities of the electricity market operator and electricity supply.
