NOTIFICATION ON A CHANGE IN HOLDINGS REFERRED TO IN CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10 OF THE SECURITIES MARKETS ACT

Panostaja Oyj has today received an announcement from Maija Koskenkorva according to which her ownership of the shares and voting rights in Panostaja decreased under the level of 1/10 after the 4,000,000 shares subscribed in a directed share issue were registered into the Trade Register. Panostaja has today announced registration of 4,000,000 new shares into the Trade Register which were subscribed in a directed share issue. Since the registration of the shares subscribed in a directed share issue, the new number of Panostaja shares and voting rights is 41,733,110.
