Sino Fibre Engages Audit Firm


HONG KONG, June 21, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sino Fibre Communications, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SFBE) announced today that it has engaged Malone Bailey, LLP as auditors for 2009-2011.

Daniel McKinney, CEO of Sino Fibre, commented, "We are pleased to be working again with Malone Bailey in getting our accounts and filings current." The Company intends to become current in its filings as soon as possible.

Further, the Company announced that it has appointed Chan Ming Hoi as its Chief Operating Officer. Chan, a Canadian citizen born in China, brings a wealth of experience and contacts in China and has been responsible for negotiating all our recent biomass acquisitions. Chan graduated from Hong Kong Baptist College in 1979 majoring in Fine Arts and Music. He speaks Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

The Company is currently in the process of finalizing its name change to Sino Bioenergy Corp. FINRA has confirmed that our CUSIP and trading symbol will not change after the name change.
