Riga, 2011-08-22 09:28 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pursuant to the decisions passed by extraordinary shareholders’ meeting and Supervisory Council’s meeting of SJSC “Latvijas Hipotēku un zemes banka” both convened on August 22, 2011 (Minutes No 9 and Minutes No 12 respectively):
- Mr. Andžs Ūbelis resigned from the post of the Deputy Chairperson of the Supervisory Council based on his resignation notice;
- A new Supervisory Council was appointed for the term of three years composed of 3 (three) persons:
BAIBA BĀNE, Chairperson of the Supervisory Council (from previous Council)
ARMANDS EBERHARDS, Deputy Chairperson of the Supervisory Council
JĀNIS PONE, Member of the Supervisory Council (from previous Council)
Professional experience of Mr. Armands Eberhards - the newly appointed Deputy Chairperson of the Supervisory Council:
