Shareholders' decision on equity capital of AS

The Bank informs that due to the decision of the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting of the Bank held on 19.08.2011 to consider AS “PrivatBank” new shares emission as void, AS “PrivatBank” equity capital remains the same – 40 470 000 LVL (forty million four hundred seventy Latvian lats), as it was before the Bank’s new shares emission was announced on 23.03.2011.
