David Rowlands, Executive Vice President of Multi Client - Mediterranean & Middle East has transferred 17,000 shares from his personal account to a 'Related Party to a Primary Insider'. This party has subsequently sold 1,509 shares at a price of NOK 23.50 per share.
After these transactions David Rowlands directly holds 141,000 ordinary shares. In addition he holds 160,000 ordinary shares through a wholly owned company DAI Invest AS and has an interest in 15,491 ordinary shares held by a Related Party.
