("MFR"), has entered the Dallas, Texas market in an effort to service several of its customers with national footprints. At this time, the Company has opened a local Texas office and deployed one MFR fluid recovery vehicle into the market to begin servicing these customers. Based on initial inquiries and discussions with existing national customers, Arcis believes there is a substantial demand for MFR's service in this area which would require the deployment of additional fluid recovery vehicles and further expansion into other Texas submarkets.
