of information relating to the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 22 May 2012

Saint-Ouen, 16 April 2012 - Gfi Informatique's Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will take place at 3 pm on 22 May 2012 at Centre de Conférences Edouard VII - 23 Square Edouard VII, 75009 Paris, France. The doors will open at 2.15 pm.

The meeting notice detailing the agenda and the contents of the resolutions was published on 13 April 2012 in the 45^th Bulletin of Statutory Notices in the French Official Gazette (Journal Officiel).

The notice also describes the terms and conditions for attending and voting at the meeting.
