If you are, or previously were, a client of the Firm, and believe we have records with regard to closed matters, you must submit a written request to the Firm if you wish to have records returned to you. Note that records will be returned at your expense. Otherwise, any such records may be discarded in accordance with our Policy (generally seven years from the conclusion of the matter).
