Everybody's Phone Company Increases Retail Sales Channels, Adds New Affiliate Marketing Strategy

HOUSTON, June 21, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Everybody's Phone Company, Inc. (EVPH.PK), a provider of innovative prepaid telephone services, today announced the details of a new comprehensive affiliate marketing program designed to improve and increase sales distribution channels. EVPH will immediately establish new payment centers for the Company's prepaid residential telephone services.

Everybody's Phone Company estimates that approximately 30% of all Texans do not have a bank account. This limits a consumer's ability to pay for recurring monthly charges such as basic telephone service. In fact, AT&T disconnects about 100,000 customers each month for non-payment in the State of Texas. Everybody's Phone Company is partnering with retailers to offer its branded and bundled telephone products, in local grocers, convenience stores, pawn shops and cash checking companies in and around Houston, TX. In addition, the Company is deploying an affiliate program that can offer low-income apartment owners and property managers, like those managing multiple dwelling units (MDU), the ability to sell its telephone services and act as a payment center.

Norman George, President of Everybody's Phone Company, said, "Our marketing model enables our partners to add an additional revenue stream without having to incur any upfront capital expenses. Our solution is totally turnkey; we help retailers, local businesses and apartment owners create a new profit center. In turn, we offer affordable and convenient basic telephone service, which would otherwise be denied to the credit-disadvantaged."

EVPH believes this new and improved marketing model will significantly increase revenues beyond the current estimated annual revenues of $2,000,000 and improve shareholder value in 2012.
