Cryptzone further rationalizes its IT security portfolio

Gothenburg, 17 September 2013

Cryptzone, the European IT security and threat mitigation specialist, today
completed the sale of its port and device control solution to Israeli based
company Atrog. The deal will ensure that existing eDevice customers are assured
of high quality support and on-going development of the solution that they have
come to rely on.

"Cryptzone is pursuing a corporate strategy which focuses on our two principal
technologies for content security and secure access" says Einar Lindquist, CEO
at Cryptzone. "In order to focus on developing tighter integration between our
solutions in this area it has been necessary to rationalize our portfolio."

"A proven enterprise solution, Secured eDevice prevents the use of unauthorized
devices very effectively," says Eli Hizkiyev, Managing Partner at Atrog. "I am
confident that our proposed development roadmap guarantees its continued success
in this market segment.

The divestment will have no material impact on Cryptzone's financial results.
