The shareholders in Höganäs AB (publ) are hereby invited, upon request by the
company’s majority shareholder H Intressenter AB, to attend the Extraordinary
General Meeting to be held on Monday 28 October 2013 at 11.00 am in Höganäs AB’s
premises, Centrallaboratoriet, conference room Ruuth, Höganäs, Sweden.

The complete notice including agenda is set forth below and will be published in
the Swedish Official Gazette (Sw. Post- och Inrikes Tidningar) on 7 October
2013. An announcement regarding the notice will be published on the same day in
Svenska Dagbladet.
