Lamont, RA, NCARB as National Practice Lead for the firm's architecture and building engineering practice. In this role, Lamont will spearhead the company's operations and business development for this practice area.
Lamont, a LEED® accredited professional, previously directed operations for Michael Baker's architectural practice in Arizona. His deeply capable technical and managerial experience includes major commercial mixed-use, high-tech/mission-critical, military/government, healthcare, multi-family and educational facilities.

Additionally, he is an Advisory Board Member to the Arizona Chapter of the U.S. Veterans Initiative, and an Honorary Commander with the 56th Fighter Wing at Luke AFB. Lamont earned his Bachelor of Arts in architecture from the University of Southern California.
