Spencer Patterson Joins Michael Baker International as Vice President and Air Force Market Manager


SAN ANTONIO, May 15, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Michael Baker International, a global leader in engineering, consulting, planning, technical and professional services, announced the appointment of Spencer Patterson, P. E., to vice president and Air Force market manager. 

Patterson brings to Michael Baker International more than 30 years of professional engineering and program management experience with U.S. Air Force facility and installation operations. In his new role, he will be responsible for growing Michael Baker International's Air Force business and delivering the firm's full continuum of solutions to this key sector.

Patterson retired from the U.S. Air Force in 2005 as a Lieutenant Colonel and career civil engineer officer. While on active duty, he served in a number of base-level and major command assignments, including commander of the U.S. Air Force's largest civil engineer squadron at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas. After retiring from the U.S. Air Force, he served as program manager and U.S. Air Force account manager for CB &I Federal Services.

Patterson is a graduate of Purdue University and the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology and is a registered professional engineer in the state of Ohio.
