Talentum Oyj applies for the delisting of its shares

TALENTUM OYJ APPLIES FOR THE DELISTING OF ITS SHARES

Talentum Oyj (”Talentum”) has on 22 March 2016 announced that Alma Media
Corporation (”Alma Media”) has posted a security approved by the arbitral
tribunal in connection with the redemption of the minority shares in Talentum
and thus acquired title to all the outstanding shares in Talentum in accordance
with chapter 18, section 6 of the Companies Act.

Talentum’s Board of Directors has resolved to apply for the termination of
public trading in the Talentum share and the delisting of the share. Talentum
has filed an application concerning the matter with the Listing Committee of
Nasdaq Helsinki. In the application, Talentum requests that the Talentum share
be delisted from the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki as soon as possible after
the decision of the Listing Committee, which is made on or about 21 April 2016.
