HomeVi S.A.S. ("HomeVi") today announced that its controlling shareholder, PAI Partners, has begun examining a range of strategic options to realize, in whole or in part, the value of its investment in HomeVi. Options under consideration include, among others, a potential sale of the company and an initial public offering. The process of reviewing these options is in the early stages and ongoing and no decision on any particular transaction has been reached. PAI Partners has not set a specific timetable and currently expects the process to last no longer than 12 months. HomeVi and PAI Partners cannot confirm that any particular option or transaction will be pursued or effected.
HomeVi does not intend to disclose developments with respect to the progress of its controlling shareholder's review of options until such time as a transaction is entered into or otherwise it deems disclosure appropriate or required by law.
