 MARCH 31, 2017 FISCAL YEAR-END RESULTS

and

JUNE 30, 2017 QUARTER-END RESULTS

Glenwillow, OH August 14, 2017 - Advanced Lighting Technologies, Inc. ("ADLT") announced today that it will release its financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2017 and quarter end results for the quarter ended June 30, 2017 on August 14, 2017. 

ADLT will post its annual report for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2017 and its quarter report for the quarter ended June 30, 2017 on the password protected investor relations portion of ADLT's website on August 14, 2017. The annual and quarterly reports are being furnished pursuant to the Indenture governing the 10.50% Senior Secured Notes due 2019 and the 12.50% Senior Secured PIK Notes due 2019 issued by ADLT.
