HOMEVI S.A.S. CONFIRMS DATE OF REDEMPTION OF ITS €608 MILLION 6.875% SENIOR SECURED NOTES DUE 2021 AND ITS €200 MILLION FLOATING RATE SENIOR SECURED NOTES DUE 2021


Suresnes, October 31, 2017 - 11:00 am CET

HomeVi S.A.S. ("HomeVi"), today confirms that it has deposited aggregate proceeds in a sufficient quantity to pay the redemption price for all of its outstanding €608,000,000 6.875% Senior Secured Notes due 2021 (the "Fixed Rate Notes") and its outstanding €200,000,000 Floating Rate Senior Secured Notes due 2021 (the "Floating Rate Notes", and together with the Fixed Rate Notes, the "Notes") with the Notes Trustee.  The Financing Condition to the conditional notice of redemption of the Notes issued on 19 October  2017 has been satisfied and HomeVi has delivered irrevocable instructions to the Notes trustee to apply the deposited money toward payment in full of amounts due under the Fixed Rate Notes to the holders thereof on 31 October 2017 and payment in full of amounts due under the Floating Rate Notes to the holders thereof on 15 November 2017.
