Taking into account that in 2018 December 21 by decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders Vytenis Labanauskas was elected as a member of the Board of JSC K2 LT, Vytenis Labanauskas was canceled from the position of Chief Executive Officer of JSC K2 LT since 2019 January 6 by decision of the Board of Directors made in 2019 January 2. Bernardas Vilkelis, former CFO of the company, is appointed Chief Executive Officer from 2019 January 7.
